Question 2: Score the Multi-Morbidity index using ontological adjustments for rare diagnosis with less than 30 cases. Report the likelihood ratios associated with top 20 diagnoses

Question 3:  In the body system model developed in the course, break cardiovascular illness into the following additional 9 systems:

Using the above body systems and the original list of non-cardiovascular body systems, to predict prognosis of the patient for mortality in 6 months.  Report the area under the receiver operating curve for the new body system predictions.
