Instruction for Submission of Assignments: Assignments
should be submitted directly on Blackboard. In rare situations
assignments can be sent directly by email to the instructor. Submission
should follow these rules:
- Submit your presentation as a URL in Blackboard to the entire class.
- Submit your paper as a Word document
Task 1: Report on performance of race-specific and race-netural
models of response to antidepressants.
- Prepare slides that describe the project
- Title page (include your name but do not include your contact)
- Slide 1 should review history of response to antidepressants. Hyperlink every study you mention to a
PubMed link. Do not exceed 1 slide. Do not use full sentences
- Slide 2 should present the data, including number of patients,
cleaning of the data, and number of records used in the analysis. Do
not use full sentences.
- Slides 3 should describe race-neutral model. Do not use
full sentences
- Slide 4 should describe race-specific model. Do not use full
sentences
- Slide 5 should report on the differences between the two models.
Do not use full sentences.
- Narrate the slides and upload to the web
- Circulate the URL of your presentation to the entire class
