    1. Is the habit selected difficult to change and is it reasonable to expect the person who made the resolution has tried and failed at accomplishing this resolution previously? 
    1. Is this a repetitive behavior, where an attempt to change the behavior can be made every day or nearly every day?
    1. Is there enough details about how improvements can be measured?  A general statement of the measure is not sufficient.  Check the box only if a specific measure is planned. 
    1. Is the plan for measurement clear, frequent and near daily?
    1. Is another person engaged to help and is this person a process owner?
    1. Is there sufficient information that the measurement effort has started or will start in a few days? 
    1. Suggest an environmental change that can help the person who made the resolution.  Make sure your suggestion is not based on increased motivation or effort.  Provide sufficient details.  Are you sure that your suggestion involves a change in the environment?
