This is a think-it-through exercise for people who want to evaluate satisfaction with their services.Planning Satisfaction SurveysThis exercise will help you think through surveying patients' satisfaction. To use this section, you must have a specific service in mind. Please do not proceed until you think of a specific service to evaluate. The purpose of this section is to help you plan. We will ask you a series of questions about how you want to survey your clients and as a result you may increase your awareness of issues involved in design of satisfaction surveys.
