Do people who are expected to carry out the change believe that people they admire in the organization will listen to their problems, support them through the change and if they fail help them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


If you think that people who are bringing about the change are socially isolated from each other, I would be concerned about how they would release the tension associated with frustrations they inevitably have to face. If you think that the early adapters of this change are unlikely to meet and discuss the change with others in the organization through their social contacts, then again I am concerned that the change will not spread as fast as you want it to occur. Do you know of ways of increasing contact among the agents of change and various key organizational members. Think this through and write out an outline of your plans below:
