Benchmarking Courses on Process Improvement

 
If you have recently completed a course or a conference on Continuous Quality Improvement, Total Quality Management, or Process Improvement, we would like to hear from you.  We would like to know what you learned and what impact the educational experience has had on you.  You can complete this survey in three brief steps (taking approximately 15 minutes).  We use this data to benchmark quality improvement courses against each other and learn how to teach these courses better.
