Effectiveness data

Is there data that the proposed change is effective (meaning that it is in the interest of the organization or self-interest of the people that need to change) and has this data been communicated to the target population?

• Yes, solid data exists and has been communicated in different ways including being posted in a public space at work.
  
• Yes, some data exists that the proposed change is effective and there are plans to communicate it.
  
• No. Data does not exist or points that it is not effective.

We are concerned   If you checked that no data exists or it points that the change is not effective, your odds for success are reduced by one fourth. Are you not concerned? How do you know what you want to do is good? In the following, write out how can you convince the skeptics?
