Task 1: Using PubMed, find 5 measures of prognosis of patients with multiple morbidities.  List the names of indices that are designed to address multiple morbidities. 

Task 2: Does the Multi Morbidity index score a person in coma different from a person without coma? Does it increase probability of death based on presence of rare diseases?  PubMed►
